Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Computer science, Information Science and Systems, and related fields
- 1 year of experience in banking/Fintech/BigTechs areas
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as deemed necessary including weekends and evenings.
Required Competencies;
- A good Knowledge of digital banking and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of digital banking operation, policy, and procedures
- A good understanding of regulatory organ directives, standards, and manuals;
- Basic Knowledge of Information Technology/science
- Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
