Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in human resource, Management, or related field
  • Total years of experience 4 years out of 2 years in supervisor or managerial Position
  • Hotel experience is mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labor proclamation, civil code, and other employment-related regulations
  • High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of HR practices.
  • An excellent team player, positive change manager, and result-oriented personality
