On behalf of our client DMC Construction, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Building Sanitary Engineer.

Purpose of the Job:

• Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for sanitary and plumbing works
• Coordinate sanitary and plumbing designs and drawings
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• supervise sanitary and plumbing installation works
• resolve engineering issues
• attend meetings with supplier, sub-contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
• submit reports
• attend inspections with supplier, sub-contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
• prepare progress claim to main contractor/client & attend meetings
• prepare & certify progress claims of sub-contractor & suppliers

Minimum Qualifications
