Job Description
On behalf of our client DMC Construction, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Building Sanitary Engineer.
Purpose of the Job:
- Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for sanitary and plumbing works
- Coordinate sanitary and plumbing designs and drawings
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- supervise sanitary and plumbing installation works
- resolve engineering issues
- attend meetings with supplier, sub-contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
- submit reports
- attend inspections with supplier, sub-contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority
- prepare progress claim to main contractor/client & attend meetings
- prepare & certify progress claims of sub-contractor & suppliers

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering background.
- 5 years’ experience in residential and commercial buildings, preferably in a real estate company as sanitary/plumbing engineering works
