Educational background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop mechanical system concepts and detailed designs using BIM tools. - Prepare specifications, schematics, and construction documentation. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, energy standards, and sustainability goals. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
