MSc or BSc Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. - File all project documents accurately and make them easily accessible for team members. - Assist in the preparation and review of technical reports, project plans, and engineering drawings. - Coordinate with engineers and construction teams and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity take off for planning & schedules. - Co-lead preparation of baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan - Maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required. - Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedule.
