Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has four major programme areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and and Lobby & advocacy . DEC works in four National Regional States of Amhara, Afar and Oromia Benishangul and Addis Ababa City Administration. DEC would like to recruit on the following position:

Job Requirements

• Promote community mobilization and enhance parental engagement for the learning of children
• Mobilize ,Identify, register and select target students based on the laid criterion
• Identify, follow up mother’s groups and support their IGA activities
• Facilitate /provide  learning -education  of over age children
• Support provision / distribution of materials for students , schools and targeted community members

Education

• Diploma in Education / TTI ECCE( Early child hood care and education )
