Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has four major programme areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and and Lobby & advocacy . DEC works in four National Regional States of Amhara, Afar and Oromia Benishangul and Addis Ababa City Administration. DEC would like to recruit on the following position: 

Job Requirements

• Facilitate Identification of target groups with, facilitators, communities and stakeholders
• Facilitate provision / distribution of materials for students, schools and targeted community members
• Supervisee speed school and O-class facilitators
• Facilitate placement and monitor transition of learners
• Support  and facilitate psychosocial services and enhance referral linkage
• Follow up and Support Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
• Monitor conventional school project implementation
• Strengthen partnership and communication with cluster groups

Education

• B.Ed. /BA- in Education
