Position: Customer Service Specialist

Essential Function

• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to customer
• Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts
• Updates passbook, prints deal slip or issues a customer advice.
• Issues and signs Payment Instruments
• Entertain deposit of cheques and other financial instruments

Place of Work: Agaro, Babbu & Dukem

Job Requirement

• BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1.5 year of experience; or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry.
