Job Description

ZamZam Bank S C is the first bank licensed to operate as full-fledged Interest Free Bank in the country shouldering a huge responsibility for enhancing financial inclusion in Ethiopia. To this effect the Bank would like to recruit qualified job applicants for the following vacant posts and invite interested applicants who fulfill the minimum qualification and work experience listed for the job openings.

Key Tasks

Keep a record of all ZZB ATM/POS with location, identification, serial number of the machines, and other necessary information.
Carry out first-line maintenance and extended first-line services to keep the Digital Channels working to maximum efficiency.
Manage, support, and administer Bank's digital channels (e-channels) applications and technologies.
Initiate and involve in ATM/POS pre-acquisition and ATM/POS post-acquisition.
Train, monitor, and support branches, how to operate digital banking channels i.e. ATM/POS. Mobile Banking etc
Forward and follow ATM/POS terminal-related configuration requests to Eth-Switch.
Maintain a record of technical support for future Support Reference.
Configure ATM infrastructure (This process involves the creation of Terminal ID, ATM name, ATM type, IP Address, and On-site network configuration).
Manage Electronic Journal, Image Retrieval and Screen file update.
E-Banking Channel applications testing.
Provide remote support for branches.
And other tasks under digital services

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification and work experience:

Bachelor's Degree in information Technology, Economics, Management, Accounting or other related fields with 4 year of digital banking/e-banking/ operation experience or equivalent role of which 2 year as Junior Digital banking area.
