Job Summary

  • Is responsible for customer service function of the company and for ensuring effective and efficient service delivery, smooth and hassle free end to end and one shop service
  • Be able to work cross functionally to assist and support the customer in all their dealings and enquiry with the company 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience     

  • MBA or BA degree in Marketing, Management & Other related fields 
  • A minimum of 8/10 years relevant working experience preferably in real estate sector 

Special Skills required 

  • Customer people centric attitude
  • Proactive and Good communicator
  • Good motivator coach
