Job Summary

the HR Admin Manager is responsible for implementing of the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy. Also responsible for planning, organizing leading & controlling HR & Admin activities of the company.   

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience     

  • MA or BA degree in Human resource Management
  • 10/12 years of relevant working experience out of which 5/6 years’ experience in managerial position
  • Knowledgeable of relevant Computer System and software such as MS office applications.

Technical skills                    

  • Excellent planning, organizing analytical & Decision making skills
  • Good Knowledge of written English
  • Excellent Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
  • Managerial & Supervisory skill
