Haile Grand - Addis is the newly opened five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israeli Embassy in front of Lambert Square. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing Management, or Business Management, or any other related field
- Total years of experience 10 - years out of it minimum 5 years worked in a similar position in 5/4-star hotels is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing skills
- High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment of house ambassador hood.
- Great proficiency in utilizing OPERA/ IDS PMS sales & marketing modules.
- Excellent skill in digital & online sales techniques
- Winning mentality & commitment towards the company goals.
- Enthusiastic & great salesmanship skills & personality.
- An excellent communication skill of Amharic & English Language proficiency in listening, reading & writing very well.
- Great interpersonal skills & leadership in practice.
- An excellent team player, positive outlook, change agent and result-oriented personality.
