Haile Grand - Addis is the newly opened five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israeli Embassy in front of Lambert Square. We are hiring just for a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management or related field
• Total years of experience 7 years & above out of which 5 years in managerial Position at a four-star hotel and above
• Food & Beverage Managerial experience is mandatory
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of management practices
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage technical & practical skill accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload and acquire excellent leadership skills
• An excellent team player, positive change manager, and result-oriented personality
