Water Witness International (WWI) is a foreign international organization registered under the FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations. WWI strives for a fairwater future where fresh water is managed fairly and sustainably so that all people have access to the water they need to thrive and are protected against pollution, flooding, drought, and conflicts. 

As part of the ongoing “Putting Water Stewardship for Ethiopian Textile and Apparel Project,” WWI is interested in recruiting a professional consultant/consulting firm on a competitive basis to deliver the following for Hawassa Industrial Park (HIP): 

• Identifying water supply, reclaimed water supply, reclaimed industrial water, domestic sewage, storm water drainage, industrial effluent; network and map the attributes of each span of the network in ArcGIS layer 
• Identifying cross connection of each of these utility networks and clearly reporting the location and the types of cross connected ones. 
• Develop complete infrastructure database and guide HIP technical staff on database maneuvers
