Purpose:

Under the Shift supervisor, collects, records and compiles production related data; checks its accuracy and makes necessary adjustments; handles clerical matters; keeps records and documents; supplies stationary and other consumption materials.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Collects, records and compiles production related data , daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis; Checks accuracy of data complied and makes the necessary adjustments.
• Handles all clerical tasks assigned to, such as preparation of memos and letters, filling forms, etc;
• Keeps all documents and files safely, orderly and properly; cleans all area around keeps his / her workplace clean with all precautions needed.
• Assists and submits all clerical data related to departmental KPI`s performance.
• Knows the health and safety requirements established by the law and the employer and follows all applicable health and safety rules and procedures.
• Raises his/her level of knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety for the safe performance of work, participates in occupational health and safety training and acquires the necessary knowledge and qualifications, observes and follows warning signs, posters, warning signals and written instructions.
• Always demonstrates safe behavior, informs his/her immediate supervisor about accidents related to work activities, including those that did not lead to injury, and also reports on and eliminates the identified unsafe working conditions and unsafe behavior within his/her competence.
• Follows the instructions and procedures of the production shopfloor, performs duties under the 5S3R program in shopfloor.

Others

• Manages various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manger’s request.

Job Requirements

Education:

• 10th or 12th grade complete

Work experience:

• 1 year of work experience in production operations

Knowledge:

• Basic English (Oral and written), MS Office- confident user
