Essential Function
- Plan and Implement training programs
- Updating the bank’s training curriculum to support critical employee competency development;
- prepare the yearly training plan of the bank to support competency development initiatives across employee categories;
- Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;
- Implement all training programs
Job Requirements
Qualifications: BA Degree in Management, HRM Business Administration, and other business related fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as junior Learning and Development Officer or related experience.
