Enat Bank Share Company (Enat Bank) wants to recruit employees in the following vacant positions the details of which are mentioned below.

Manager, Human Resource Management Division

• MBA/MA in Human Resources management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields with 9.5 years of experience; or BA in the same fields with 7.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which at least 2 year as a relevant officer position
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
• Plans, directs and controls the activities of the division,
• Ensures existence of effective HRM policies and procedures,
• Undertakes succession planning through leadership competency framework and leadership program,
• Develops learning organization through properly planned execution of trainings and other learning interventions,
• Follows up and contributes proper implementation of effective performance management system along with reward,
• Ensures existence of proper system of labor relation,
• Ensures existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specifications,
• Prepares and submits for approval long and short term manpower requirements to the Bank in conformingly to corporate targets,
• Prepares personnel action requests for recruitment testing, selection, placement, promotion, salary increments and adjustments, employee transfers, terminations and disciplinary matters for approval,
• Ensures the proper implementation of the rules and regulations of the Bank’s employee benefits,
• Ensures paper organizing and maintaining of personnel files and records,
• Put in place efficient reporting mechanisms within the department,
• Ensures timely periodic reports of the department are issued to the appropriate organs of the Bank, and
• Perform other duties as required
