Position: Manager, Budget Collection, Disbursement and Investment

Key Responsibilities

• Under the direct control of the work unit head, the job holder is responsible for the following duties:
• Conduct risk assessments with potential investment options by calculating risk/return ration to aid decision making;
• Utilize predictive models to test potential investment proposals and their outcomes and forward the findings for decision makers;
• Oversee the timely disbursement and collection of accounts payable and receivable;
• Manage the preparation of budgets in collaboration with concerned units, monitor budget utilization after approval;
• Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets;
• Recommend viable investments in consideration of the risk and return relationship;
• Forecast costs, revenue and investment and report to management on a regular basis;
• Keep records of payments, funding and underwriting policies to manage cash flow and to determine the investment pool;

Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary: Per Company’s scale with package of other benefits

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Financial Management or Accounting

Work Experience: 10 (ten) years overall experience with over three (3) years in management

• Age: Below 40 years
