Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts lecturers and practical sessions in accordance with the curriculum requirement and contents;
• Prepares lesson plans and develop a standard teaching materials for the courses assigned to teach;
• Assess and evaluates students’ academic performances through summative and formative didactic evaluation methods.
• Fully commit himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular activities given by the College

Job Requirement

Qualifications: Master's degree in teaching English as a foreign language (BA. Degree in English)

Applicant must:

• Have a minimum of two years teaching experience at higher learning institutions;
• Be of a good conduct and free of any addiction
• Provide clearance from previous employer
• Be committed to achieve the goal of the college
• Certificate in teaching English to speakers of other languages (CELTA) is an advantage
• Have a good spirit in working in a team

Salary: Birr 16,250.- (EURO 406.25)/month

Other Benefits: Housing Allowance Birr 1000 (One thousand Birr/month)

Medical Coverage (100%) locally.

Language: A good command of spoken & written English
