Job Description

The Radisson Blu Hotel Addis Ababa is looking for a dynamic, self- starter to join our team as the Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Front Office activities including our airport booth. The post holder will be part of the management team.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and competencies are as follows:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic. An additional language would be an advantage
  • A degree from a well- recognized university or college.
  • Very good, proven IT skills especially Word, Excel and Power point and an excellent working knowledge of OPERA.
  • Highly organized and proven record of ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably in a four or five star hotel.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical thinker and problem solver.
