- For PhD 4 years
- For MSC 6 years
- For Bsc 8 years
Additional skill/Special Requirement
- Good understanding of the subject matter Draft contracts, handle issues with contracts keep records claim analysis and execute contract
- Good knowledge and skill in contract administration and project follow-up and control of building projects
- Extensive experience in supervising projects to make sure that the contract terms address all of the clients requirements
- Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, interim and final payment applications
- Solid understand of various sales and lease contracts and commercial post contracts
- Negotiation and leadership ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving skill
- Good verbal and written communication
- Positive foam attitude and interpersonal attentiveness
- Good speed on work since the project has limited time frame
