Job Description
Purpose of the job
Assist the Admin Services and Liaison Head in the administrative and liaison activities.
Main duties & responsibility
- Assist the Admin Services and Liaison Head on:
- Technician Movement
- ETHIO TELECOM/MOBILE, ROAMING, INTERNET, ADSL, IP/
- Car insurance cases
- Follow revenue and custom in case of technician tools
- Follow expat DSTV cases
- Local staff (5 factories) transport and logistics
- Insurance for motor vehicles
- All cars annual inspection (around 250 cars/year)
- Assist on paperwork and administrative issues
Job Requirements
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in managing expatiate work and residence permit accordingly country rules
Expected Education and Experience
- BA/MA in Business Administration, Marketing, Management
- 4 and above years of work experience in a similar role and industry
- Experience in coordination with Government institutions, private companies, Trade minister & investment commission, ERCA; DARO & FOREIGN AFFAIR MINISTER, Immigration office & MOSA, and other related areas
