Job Description

Purpose of the Job: - The position holder will be part of SARIA team member based in Bahir Dar Branch Office and manage the front desk by providing adequate information for clients and handling the day-to-day front-desk activities, including promoting our service and providing support for team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Find out prospective customers and advise on suitable services that best suit their needs;
  • Promote our services for all prospective customers through telephone & face to face;
  • Greet all clients with strong customer service and communications skills and respond to customers’ requests timely and accurately;
  • Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently;
  • Interact with internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate tasks;
  • Maintain positive business-customer relationships in an effort to ensure customers’ satisfaction;
  • Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs;
  • Handle routine correspondence made between different clients and vendors;
  • Manage office supplies in a reasonable manner and prepare utilization report;
  • File documents chronologically to ease the document control processes;
  • Process routine invoices /bills as needed and ensure the timely settlement;
  • Keep records of all office files in soft and hard copy and handle according to its confidentiality and internal processes;
  • Review and summarize reports and documents as required;
  • Handle another task as assigned by your immediate manager;

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Customer Service or related fields

 Additional qualifications

  • Able to communicate verbally and in written format at all organizational levels;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office;
  • Efficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential;
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented;
  • Proven ability to come across with positive energy;

Years of experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service/receptionist/sales and marketing

Salary: Negotiable

Work Place: Bahir Dar
