Junior Information Technology Officer
Job Summery
- Among others, the Junior Officer is responsible to carry out day-to-day user support for core banking and other application users. S/He runs End-of-Day or Closing of Business batches, logs application related issues to the vendor support portal and fixes the issues accordingly, tests periodic patches obtained from software providers in a test environment;
Job Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in Business Application Management and Customer Support. Knowledge of the Oracle database management system is advantageous
