Under the supervision of the field coordinator, CWI/CP manager and with technical support from the child protection and community wellbeing initiative technical unit of Addis Ababa, the Senior Child Protection and community wellbeing initiative Officer of Harar will supervise, coordinate and manage the CP/CWI in emergency program in a professional manner. She /he will demonstrate technical capability and support the CP/CWI incentive staffs to ensure the program is holistic, upholding according to standards, procedures and principles of CWI/CP. She /he will coordinate the various services available in the project intervention area. The Senior CP/CWI will also mentor, coach and build the technical capacities of CP/CWI staffs at the field.
