Duties and Responsibilities

•  Carries out customer survey by gathering customer information related to water supply;
• Conduct house-to-house survey and interview customers of AAWSA;
• Provide useful business units and management with regular reports which are based on the surveys conducted;
• Tag customer and customer meter location using smartphone/tablet mobile application;
• Take photos of each customer meter surveyed and help encode customer information as needed;
• Collect and analyze quality data and prepare standard reports for review;
• Craft visualization of survey response and trends for managers’ consumption;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Academic qualification

• TVET graduate in IT, Finance, or similar fields;

Additional qualifications

• Ability to think and react quickly to any difficulties which may arise;
• Computer literate, familiar with the use of smartphones/tablets.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the project area is a huge advantage (CMC/Summit and surrounding areas)

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a data collection or similar field.
