Job Description

To lead the smooth project completion by availing resources needed for the timely completion and as per the quality standards with the optimum cost

Specific duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of IT projects;
Track project performance to ensure that all projects are successfully completed on-time, within scope, and within budget;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and get customer acceptance;
Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution;
Develop Vendor management framework and database for establishment of strategic relationship with vendors which have contractual relationship;
Adopt appropriate project management framework, project management tool and enforce the utilization of the tool;
Ensure Change management procedure is in place and apply it on running projects;
Develop project charter for new projects and seek approval from project owners;
Produce periodic project status reports and submit to concerned organs;
Ensure all contracts, Bid documents and Deliverable documents are stored and made accessible for concerned organs;
Ensure SLA is established with vendors wherever applicable and confirm the SLA is well administered by user organs.

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field with six(6)/eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be at Principal or Senior Officer.
Specialist experience in information technology and banking sector.
Prior experience in Project management is desirable.
