Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Job Requirements

Educational Background and work Experience

•  8 years for masters and 10 years for bachelor Degree in chemical or civil Engineering

Required Skills 

•  Knowledgeable about raw material types, stock control, quality, and suppliers
• Good Communication skills ,need to communicate with stuff , suppliers & other departments both in English and Amharic
• Good leadership Skill & team Player
• Ability to solve problem and to act quickly
• Previous experience in construction filed
• Effective planning skill
• Knowledge in computer and Microsoft office
• Reporting to production manager
• Efficient knowledge about plant and auto mechanics
