Job purpose Summary:

To support Logistics manager in implementation of IMC Logistic guidelines and policies specifically in Warehouse activities.

Role and Responsibilities     

1. Maintains and stock database up-to-date and share to all relevant periodically
2. Receives and dispatch goods as per the organization requirement and prepare necessary paper  work
3. Prepare & share periodic stock inventory report
4. Prepare and share goods in transit report
5. Keeps bin and stock cards up to date
6. Makes mandatory and periodic stock inventory
7. Follows good storage practices
8. Ensures all activities and requirements regarding warehouse management are carried and compliances are always met
9. Review WH reports received from field
10. Support on Online reporting, WH scanning
11. Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• BA in Management, Marketing, Logistics or similar field with 3 years INGO experience.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel, as well as email communications and other computer programs.
• Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity.
• Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacement.    
• Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled engaged in loading and offloading
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English.
