Haile Grand Addis is the newly opening five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from Israel Embassy in front of Lamberet Square. We are apparently hiring a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications Required

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management, Marketing Management, Business Management or related field

Minimum Work Experience Needed 

• 6 years & Above

Minimum Job Requirements

• Sales & Marketing experience in either four or five star hotel is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of F & B service, Meeting & Events and the growing nature of MICE tourism 
• Great customer handling & service orientation, Highly sensitive to team & teamwork      
• Able to work under pressure and organize multiple request
• Excellent team coordination & mobilization skill 
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound rational judgment
• Highly sensitive to the customer service & customer care  
• Great skill in dealing with customer requests & appropriate decision making 

Additional skills & Attribute 

• Excellent Organizing & coordinating skill
• Communication ability in speaking, reading, and writing English and Amharic
• Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
• Pro-activeness and analytical ability
• Attention to detail oriented
• Teamwork 
• Excellent customer service skill
