He/She is responsible to support the achievement of optimal operational efficiency through creating the right organizational design. He/she is also responsible to participate in conducting ground breaking high profile researches that impact remarkable improvement across all functions of the Bank’s operations. He/she contribut in organizational change initiatives and studies, and develops programs, etc. He/she is also responsible to coach and mentor juniors

Job Requirement

Required Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in  Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or business related field of study minimum of 4 years work experience
