Haile Grand Addis is the newly opening five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from Israel Embassy in front of Lamberet Square. We are apparently hiring a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications Required

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management, Business Management or related field

Minimum Work Experience Needed 

• 4 years & Above

Minimum Job Requirements

• Food & Beverage Supervision experience in either four or five star hotel is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage technical & practical skill
• Great customer handling & service orientation,   
• Highly sensitive to team & teamwork      
• Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and acquired excellent team handling techniques 
• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of management practices.
• An excellent team player, positive change agent and result-oriented personality.

• Training & Coaching skill
• Communication ability in speaking, reading, and writing English and Amharic
• Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
