Haile Grand Addis is the newly opening five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from Israel Embassy in front of Lamberet Square. We are apparently hiring a pre-opening team & the below vacancies are among them.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications Required

• BA Degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Police Science, Criminology, Business Management or related field

Minimum Work Experience Needed 

• 12 years & above 

Minimum Job Requirements

• Similar position experience at least 5-years and above in four or five star hotel is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge about safety & security threats & counter action                 
• Great customer handling & service orientation, Highly sensitive to team & teamwork      
• Excellent Leadership Quality
• Great sense of anticipation             
• Excellent Interpersonal qualities 

Additional skills & Attribute 

• Training & Coaching skill
• Communication ability in speaking, reading, and writing English and Amharic
• Able to work as a team and on a Flexible schedule
• Pro-activeness and analytical ability
• Attention to detail oriented
