Haile Grand Addis is the newly opening five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from Israel Embassy in front of Lamberet Square. We are apparently hiring a pre-opening team & the below vacancy are among them.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience & 2 years in similar or related managerial position is required
• Four or Five-star hotel supervisory/ Managerial experience is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge front office operation, the ability to supervise and ensure efficient and smooth operation to produce excellent guest satisfaction.
• Experience of motivating and leading a winning team
• Profound experience in customer service, and excellent working knowledge of preferably IDS
• Enthusiastic, professional, courteous and welcoming personality.
• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
• The ability to deal with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Educational Qualifications Required 

• BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management or related field

Minimum Work Experience Needed

• 3 years & Above
