Job Title: Officer – Litigation and Debt Recovery
Application Deadline: April 29, 2022
Job Summary
The purpose of litigation and debt recovery officer is to institutes court action of relatively less complex in nature, to attend court proceedings, to facilitate the registration of loan, pledge/mortgage and other contracts that regulates the day-to-day activities of the Bank, to drafts and review legal agreements that promote and protect the legal rights and interests of the Bank. To provides legal opinion and assistance.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
- LLB in Law.
Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years relevant experience.
Additional Skills:
- Negotiation Skill
- Data analysis
- Court case and report writing skills
- Communication skills etc.
