Essential Function

• Develop and /or revise credit risk management framework of the Bank including setting limits and targets; and monitor compliance with the established credit risk appetite/limits,
• Develop credit risk management policies and procedures and,
• Review/conduct stress testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage stressful situations
• Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields
• Experience: 5 years of experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Credit Risk Management Officer.
