Essential Function
- Answering incoming calls, social media request/queries and respond to customers emails,
- Management and resolve customer complaints,
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and,
- Perform other duties as required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and related fields.
- Experience Five (5) years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry, out of which two (2) years as Customer Experience and Contact Center Officer.
