Job Title: WASH Knowledge Management Manager

Purpose Of The Job
The WASH Knowledge Manager has overall responsibility for tracking, gathering data/information, and developing profiles for all WASH projects implemented in World Vision WASH operation areas. He/she will be required to work closely for the Water4Life project, regular WASH program operations, and other WASH grant projects in preparing high-quality learning documents on identified themes by supporting the capturing of best practices and outcomes from relevant learning initiatives in collaboration with concerned WASH colleagues at all levels. Ensure quality One WASH reporting and appropriate knowledge management is applied for all WASH projects and share timely-relevant information to concerned ones. Communicate World Vision's Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others.
Major Responsibility
Develop Knowledge management planning for all WASH projects to ensure major WASH activities are properly tracked in generating relevant learning, documentation, and sharing.
Ensure adherence to organizational accountability, program quality framework, and generate proper WASH KM practices.
Liaising with concerned WASH program staff in ensuring efficient and effective knowledge management of the WASH division through developing different tools, templates, and systems
Ensure every WASH project/program includes learning outcomes and best practices. Work closely with concerned WASH colleagues to agree on priorities and support these during project/program design/planning, budgeting, and subsequently rolling these out
Ensure appropriate WASH projects tracking system, gathering data/information, and develop a profile for all WASH projects implemented in World Vision WASH operation areas to maintain well-organized WASH information database for documentation
Undertake periodic supervision on the different WASH projects implemented and work closely with field offices to ensure appropriate WASH documentation is in place
Produce high-quality work that can be shared with local and international audiences.
Promote major cross-cutting themes including environment, gender, protection, disability, peacebuilding, and Christian commitment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience for MA and 14 years for BA working in the WASH projects management
 - NGO work experience preferably in the WASH sector
 - Excellent knowledge of Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); Training and experience in WASH Knowledge management; Special capacity and skill working on WASH projects tracking system, documentation, and learning is strongly required
 - Excellent written and spoken English is essential 
 - Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and implementing different WASH projects.
 - Knowledge and experience in developing WASH projects tracking system
 - Experience related to WASH learning and documentation
 - Demonstrated ability to manage processes and maintain accurate organizational records; 
 - Demonstrated effective organizational skills and ability to handle work in a timely manner; 
 - Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines; 
 - Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with respect for diversity; 
 - Willingness to field travel regularly;
