Job Description
The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) in collaboration with Oromia Regional Health Bureau have been implementing Trachomatous Trichiasis (TT) Surgery projects in the region and documented remarkable results in pitching toward Trachoma Elimination. As part of sustainable TT management, FHF in collaboration with MOH and Oromia Regional Health Bureau is planning to initiate TT-Surgery transitioning using the national Transitioning guideline and generate evidence through Implementation research in Chole and Sude Woredas of Arsi zone Oromia region.
The objective of this study To Assess Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of the community on Trachoma especially on Trachomatous Trichiasis. It is community-based cross-sectional study that will be conducted in selected kebeles of Chole and Sude Woredas. Data will be collected using a pretested interviewer-administered questionnaire
The overall objective of this assignment is to collect household level data on Knowledge Attitude and Practice on Trachoma with focus on TT.
Therefore, FHF is seeking a short-term contractual service for data collection.
