Essential Function

• Develop and/or revise Asset Liability and operational risk management framework of the Bank including setting limits and targets; and monitor compliance with the established credit risk appetite/limits;
• Develop Asset Liability and operational risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank;
• Identify, assess, measure and monitor potential risks related to Asset Liability and operational risk of the Bank;
• Evaluate the adequacy of the Bank’s capital to absorb market and operational risk;
• Review/conduct stress testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage stressful situations;
• Provide operational risk management training/workshops and enhance the awareness of the Bank’s employees;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields

Experience:

Five/5 years of experience in Asset Liability & Operational Risk Officer of which Two/2 years on officer position
