Essential Function

  • Put in motion and guide any change project, including the research, implementation and assessment process from start to finish;
  • Creates change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholders identification and management, communications, training and organizational readiness assessment;
  • Fosters a platform that would encourage and engage team members and other stakeholders in brainstorming new ideas for product lines, delivery channels, business processes, market expansion and so;
  • Identifies and prioritizes the innovation and change needs of the bank and carryout accordingly;
  • Undertakes baseline and/or follow-up surveys that measures the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank in ranging aspects of the business;
  • Leads projects that identify gaps in the existing products, patterns and processes and the subsequent complete changes or partial improvements;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • MA/MBA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, any other related fields
  • Experience8/10 years of experience in relevant fields preferably in banking of which Two/2 years on senior officer position in relevant banking operation and Good experience in research, change and project management principles and practices
