Major Responsibilities  

• Responsible for the Ethio Telecom maintenance project delivery;
• Responsible for maintenance team set up;
• Responsible for maintenance project SLA achievement;
• Responsible for customer satisfaction;
• Maintain the good relationship with customer
• coordinating the completion of complex repairs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, and other related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in telecom network maintenance job;
• Familiar with at least 1 product in telecom network;
• Understand the normal troubleshooting flow;
• Know how to improve the network quality and SLA;
• Good at English speaking and writing;
• Good leadership capability
