Job Summery

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation officer is responsible to the Executive Director and s/he is in general responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the project/program management activities of the association. Specifically, s/he will have the following duties and responsibilities: –

  • In collaboration with Program Department, plan, organize, guide and manage all the Monitoring and Evaluation activities of different EMRDA projects,
  • Prepare and establish appropriate M&E systems with the vision, mission standard guidelines clear and measurable impact indicators which can enhance sustainability, and etc…

Job Requirements

  • Required Educational Qualification: Minimum MA/BA in sociology, Law, Management, Statistics and Social science field relevant to the required position.
  • Experience: At least Five (5) Years of working experience in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation officer etc… preferably in NGOs. The applicant s/he has to have good personality and communication skills to go along with different individuals.

Terms of Employment: One year with possible extension/renewal
