Job Description
Responsibility Description*
The OSP PM will be responsible for :
- Preparation of PiP (Implementation Over all Plan) for the delivery of the OSP project.
- Organizing and assigning TL (Site Team Leaders) for implementation works, close follow up and team player.
- Assurance of implementation as per the approved design and MOP/SOP (standard operation procedure).
- Frequent alerting of EHS concerns to onsite personnel and applying internal tools QC (Quality) monitoring.
- Compile project progress report for management review
- Monitor program timelines, milestones, and resource usage
- Making ready the required documents for installed workload confirmation with Customer( COC and PAC) and with Suppliers.
- Recording daily installation workloads and making compiled reports.
- Facilitate the resolution of project team and cross-project team issues and action items
Job Requirements
Education and Major requirements
- BSc degree in Management , Computer Science, telecom/electrical Engineering, civil work engineering , Electronics/Communication Engineering
- with 5+ year experience in OSP construction related projects.
- Project Experience
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
- At least 2 years experience in OSP (Fiber) Projects works and Site management.
Language Skill
- English can be working language
- Skills or Certificate Requirements
- Project Management and Team coordination .
