Responsibility Description*

The OSP IM will be responsible for :

1. Organizing SE (Site Engineer) for implementation works, close follow up and team player.
2. Close follow up of Site implementation tasks (ROW , Material Delivery and installation, Onsite remedy, third party communication , Installed workload Quantity records)
3. Tracking and Following up of MR and PO readiness for suppliers
4. Preparation of related documents needed for workload confirmation with Customer( COC and PAC) and with Suppliers
5. Making Implementation Plans as per the workload quantity and site implementation urgency.
6. Recording daily installation workloads and making compiled reports.
7. Tracking Design changes , communicate with project team for variation and keep records 
8. Assurance of implementation as per the approved design 

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirements

• BSc degree in telecom/ electrical Engineering, civil work engineering, Electronics/Communication Engineering with 5+ year experience in OSP construction related projects
• Project Experience 
• 2+ - 5 years experience in OSP (Fiber) Projects works and site management.

Skills or Certificate Requirements

• Site Management , Communication skill , Team Leading/Coordination , OSP, FTTx , Site construction 

Language Skill

• English can be working language
