Essential Function
- Give legal advice to the bank’s concerned organs
- Represents the Bank before a court of law, other judicial tribunals and organs;
- Prepares 30-days legal notice and ensures the delivery of the notice to defaulters.
- Appeals on court decisions against the Bank.
- Applies to court to set aside legal attachment orders.
- Perform other duties as required.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- BA in Law
Experience
- 5 years of experience in relevant fields preferably in banking industry of which 2 years as Attorney
