Essential Function

• Give legal advice to the bank’s concerned organs
• Represents the Bank before a court of law, other judicial tribunals and organs;
• Prepares 30-days legal notice and ensures the delivery of the notice to defaulters.
• Appeals on court decisions against the Bank.
• Applies to court to set aside legal attachment orders.
• Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA in Law

Experience

• 5 years of experience in relevant fields preferably in banking industry of which 2 years as Attorney
