Job Description
- Leading the strategic business processes of Category Management based on key market insight and company strategy Mainly on Fresh Products.
- Develops Plans and manages budget for Sourcing functions.
- Develops and executes commercial strategies on the go and as per the company’s strategic plan.
- Supervises Sourcing, pricing, and Supplier Management activities.
- Ensures definition and refinement of Sourcing/Merchandising strategy including Priorities, Category ranges, and Pricing.
- Follow-up preparation of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing.
- Mange and Evaluate the Performance of the Category team members.
- Performs other duties, and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
- MA/BA Business field and Agricultural Background filed is advantageous with 3/5 years of written Experience.
- Hyper Market/Supermarket Fresh Items Sourcing experience is Mandatory. And also have experience working with farmer’s association is preferable.
