Job Description

  • Leading the strategic business processes of Category Management based on key market insight and company strategy Mainly on Fresh Products.
  • Develops Plans and manages budget for Sourcing functions.
  • Develops and executes commercial strategies on the go and as per the company’s strategic plan.
  •  Supervises Sourcing, pricing, and Supplier Management activities.
  •  Ensures definition and refinement of Sourcing/Merchandising strategy including Priorities, Category ranges, and Pricing.
  •  Follow-up preparation of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing.
  • Mange and Evaluate the Performance of the Category team members.
  • Performs other duties, and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • MA/BA Business field and Agricultural Background filed is advantageous with 3/5 years of written Experience.
  • Hyper Market/Supermarket Fresh Items Sourcing experience is Mandatory. And also have experience working with farmer’s association is preferable.
