Job Title: Legal Credit – Senior Attorney

Salary: Based on Company’s Scale
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and prepares loans, pledges/mortgages, and other related contracts;
- Ensure the legality of all borrowers;
- Review contracts, ensure their completeness, and signs them;
- Review appropriateness of the registration of mortgage contracts and the collateral insurance policy/contracts;
- Review and Follow up the period of limitation of Mortgage contracts for timely and proper action;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Represent the Bank before a court of law, other judicial tribunals, and organs;
- Track legal defects and loopholes and take/recommends appropriate corrective measures;
- Mentors/trains the process team members on legal issues;
- Works collaboratively with credit performers;
- Perform other related duties given by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education:
LLM/LLB Degree in Law
Experience:
Minimum 6/8 years Banking experience, of which 4 years in the area of Law
