Position: District HR Business Partner-I

Job Purpose

To support the Bank to achieve its business objectives through effectively managing its human resources by analyzing, designing, and evaluating jobs planning for and availing the required talent at the right time and place; following-up maintenance of high standards of conducts and discipline; facilitating organizational communication platforms; and administering swift separation of employees. Manage employee performance (IPMS), facilitate the delivery of training, compile leave management data of employees, and facilitate the administration of employee’s benefits.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
