Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Management or Marketing from recognized university, Hotel
- Institute or College.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a 4 star Hotel in F&B Management operation.
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Great leadership skill and an excellent team player
- Great interpersonal skill and passion for the industry
- Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
- Very good understanding of Hotel Financial Operation and cost control
- Very good knowledge of C Net hotel operating software or other similar PMS systems
